Bravecto Quantum is an FDA-approved, long-acting injectable medication that provides up to 12 months of continuous flea and tick protection for dogs in a single dose. It must be administered subcutaneously (under the skin) by a licensed veterinary professional at a clinic and is not available for at-home use.
Bravecto 1 month for puppies is an oral pill that kills fleas and ticks for 1 month. Bravecto Plus for cats is a topical solution for fleas, ticks, heartworms and intestinal parasites. 1 application lasts for 2 months. After treating, Bravecto kills 100% of the fleas in 8 hours. Bravecto in cats is proven to kill >94% of black-legged ticks for 12 weeks and > 98% of American dog ticks for 8 weeks within 48 hours.
